  • I am a regular at their other location on Greenway Hayden Loop, and have yet to walk out of there disappointed. My todays one star review has to do purely with the management of this particular location in Chandler. We had signed for the one hour foot reflexology massage. I barely got any massage that day. My therapist seemed to have falled asleep a few times while she was massaging my foot. It was hard for me to tell exactly what was going on but there ware multiple times over the course of the massage that I felt her hands just slow down and eventually just stop and she wouldnt move for minutes on out. Not only did she fall asleep on me but the few minutes that she actually was "massaging" my feet she basically scratching my ankle with her nails. I barely got any "massaging" out of that. But still whatever little she was doing I was hoping that by the end of the hour somewhere she was going to redeem herself and give me a proper massage somewhere, because I was in desperate need of a relaxation that day. So I stayed through the whole thing hoping my experience would improve, but it didnt and instead only got worst once I complained to management about my massage, or lack thereof. After the massage I told the girl about my experience and she informed me she will have management get in touch with me the next day. Following day management comes back with "sorry you chose not to leave when you were free to leave if you didnt like the massage" so no refund! I take that as a go screw yourself customer!!! Be careful! Dont bother complaining to the management! Never again! I am still in disbelief!
