I'm moving from Boston, MA. I looked at Mandarina and love the woman -Anna who showed me around and helped me decide which place, it was very close to my job so I loved that portion. I put a deposit and 700 additional toward move in cost. I didnt hear from them for a week when I finally called asking for the lease (after they deposited my check).I'm moving for work and our legal team found some discrepancies in the lease- IE 2 places in the lease it contradicts itself. I asked to address them. It took her a week to get back to me to just refer me to someone else who would call me. Another week went by with me leaving several voice mails (mind you I am moving in 2 weeks). Finally 3 weeks later she got back to me saying they hadn't touched base with the woman to change the lease- just leaving her messages.
I asked for my refund back and chose to go with the more expensive Sycamore at Scottsdale- because lets be honest you get what you pay for and their unprofessional service was not what i need to be moving into a new apt from across the country. A complete waste of time.
Also a side note they sent me to the most ghetto gas station to get a money order because they won't accept checks or cards. Literally there was a fight mid afternoon while I was there. Not a good look for the area.
