  • Cannot even call it horrendous customer service, because there was NONE. Regretfully I decided to give them a second chance, but sadly it was a repeat of the last time. 3 staff in store around 7 pm...no customers in the store but a couple cars in drive thru. NOT ONE PERSON acknowledge my existence after over 12 minutes. I came 7 miles out of my way to get Baskin Robbins ice cream and left yet again disappointed and mad. NEVER NEVER AGAIN.
