  • Would not normally review a car dealership as they are not ever my favorite place to go but my experience here requires a review. My company car died due to a dead battery. This was at 2pm on a Friday afternoon of course. After the fleet management company sent roadside to jump me I went to the closest Ford dealer to have my Explorer looked at. It's a 17 and under warranty. I arrive late on a Friday with no appointment and never having been to this dealership. The service guys could not have been better. Checked the car replaced a dead battery and had me out in a bit over an hour! Many thanks!
