  • I purchased a coupon on Living Social to use for cleaning services over a month ago. I haven't experienced the service yet, so the previous reviewer's experience with having a clean house may be accurate, I don't know. The problem seems to be not only getting in touch with someone, but then getting them to set a solid date. I work full time, and I don't have time to mess around with unreliable people. I understand that other people work around schedules, and that it may take a few weeks if their schedule is full. But, 5 weeks later, and I keep getting told that they "probably can't" do it next week (after telling me they only need a week's notice). So, I'm at the point I'm just going to pay full price and hire a professional to do the job. I used to have Merry Maids clean my house, and they always did a great job.
