  • Worst customer service experience I've ever dealt with. Make sure that when you buy jewelry here they explain the return policy to you. When I came back to return a pair of earrings I had purchased (I bought the wrong kind for my piercing) was told that I would only get $5 back even though the receipt clearly said "Return Price- $7.58". As I am waking back to get my original receipt I overheard the associate Sarah talking about our transaction to her friend/coworker. I brought up this issue with corporate and they were able to refund me all of the money that I spent here. Claire's Corporate customer service was awesome, as for this store they have a few things that they can work on. I also got a piercing here before and the cleaning solution they give you is not what you're supposed to use to clean piercings it actually irritates the piercing. I ended up taking out the piercing because it would never heal and it got infected. Bad experience with everything about this store. Go to a tattoo shop with an experienced piercer.
