  • Drove up to services for my appointment at 4 and they didn't help or tell me where to put car, then the employee told me it would take 2 HOURS to do an oil change... I'm sorry but it's 2016 and I just bought a luxury car... Would appreciate luxury service... Also watched my car get serviced ... Took them 20 to do oil change but get this 2 hours for the "car wash"
