  • Extremely disappointed in this companies customer service. We used them for about 1 year and continually had issues. Lack of customer service was the norm. Would not return phone calls and never resolved service issues. Wanted to give them more work but they would never follow through on requests for other services. One of the issues was office general manager always had reason to not do her job. Missed appts and didn't feel it necessary to inform us they wouldn't be making it. Surprisingly, we still wanted to give them more chances but not one time, in there many service failures, were they apologetic. I would steer clear of this company.
