Was looking for some fitness help/direction and went to Zac based on the recommendation of a coworker. I had seen how much weight he lost as well as how toned he was getting. Been training with Zac for 2.5 months now and I couldn't be happier.
The first meeting was a consultation where we chatted mainly about my goals. First, I was glad to hear it was not a "one size fits all" mentality. Second, given Zac is relatively muscular dude, I assumed we would talk about weight lifting strategies, how much gym time and protein powder is needed to get ripped, six pack abs, etc etc. Quite the opposite discussion ensued: he informed me that fitness was 80% diet! This tells me he is pretty well balanced trainer.
The first workout confirmed my notion that he tailors your workout to your specific needs and is not just a "muscle head". It turns out my hips and legs are relatively tight (probably since I'm a desk jockey by day) and he introduced me to a full suite of stretches and foam rolls that I did not know existed. He is also on call via text should you need any help with aches/pains and or workout questions. Awesome customer service.
I have seen good results in the 2.5 months and plan to continue.
The only thing that some people might think is a negative is that he is currently at a relatively small gym. As it turns out, I like the small cozy feel as it forces you to focus on you and not everybody else.
