  • After reading such good reviews I decided to call Jays cleaning. The tech who arrived looked like a tweeker, he was dirty, and very frigidity. He presumed to clean my couch as he did so he tracked mud, and water all over my home, when he left I noticed there were many marks that I could get out with resolve. I was charged $150.00 for a mess. When I called I was very polite as I do not like to complain. The person on the phone just said I am sorry. As far as I am concerned they don't care about there clientele, they just want the money .
