  • This is a service industry. We go to our reserved seats to find the only 2 other folks in the theater are in the seats next to us. I push the service button and Andrew shows up...to assist our neighbors with their order, and then tells us WE are not in his section. In the meantime other folks enter and get served, our neighbors' order shows up and THEN this kid shows up with zero skills. Can't wait to see if he gets the order right. Or if it even shows up.
