  • The customer service at this dealership is terrible. Made an 8 a.m. appointment with the service department due to a check engine light on in my car. My husband follows me to the dealership and we arrive around 7:40. I was not familiar with this dealership's service department so I parked my car outside and walked into the service office. I stand there for a couple minutes until a man arrives and sits at the desk. He sits there for a couple minutes longer and then asks what he can do for me. I tell him about my appointment. He instructs me to speak with someone inside the service bay area. I walk over to the area he pointed out and stood by a service desk. And I stood there for at least 10 minutes, with employees walking by, until I stop someone and ask if I need to pull my car into the bay area. A woman tells me to pull my car into line and I would be next since I had been waiting a while. Well I definitely was not next. I continued to wait another 30 minutes, in my car, in line. Guests behind me in line were assisted before I ever was. During this time, my husband had to leave because he had to get to work. When I was finally helped, around 8:30, I was told to leave my car and they would call me in a few hours when they figured out what was wrong. They explained to me that my car is still under warranty, but it should be around $160. (I don't know where that number came from since my car hadn't even been looked at.) I was offered a complimentary car wash, accepted, and left in an Uber. I get the call around 11 a.m. that a turbo boost sensor is bad. Bad news, they can't get the part to fix it until the next day. Good news, it's covered under my vehicle's warranty. I tell them to fix the sensor, and I was told I'd receive a call the next day when my car is ready. I never received that call. So by 5 p.m., I call the dealership to inquire about my car. The service tech wasn't available but he called me back a short time later. More bad news, the parts to fix my car is on backorder. And it's not covered by warranty after all. The tech couldn't give me an estimate as to how much the repair would be. I was advised to come pick up my car the next day. I go the next day to get my car and once again step inside the service office where an employee is sitting at a desk. I stand there in front of him for around 5 minutes until I speak up and ask him where I pick up my car. He never offered to help me. Thankfully, another employee stepped in and showed me the way. I find the service tech I had been dealing with and tell him I need to pick up my car. I also ask for an estimate to fix the sensor. After the tech makes a call he informs me it will be around $500. I ask when the part could be expected to arrive, and I'm told it could be two weeks or two months, he really had no idea. He instructs me where to wait for my car. About 20 minutes later, my car is finally pulled around. I guess since they didn't actually work on it I didn't get my complimentary car wash, because it was in the same condition I left it.
