  • I just closed on my house today!!! I'm so happy that I used Congress Realty, I couldn't be happier with their service. I had some doubts and was a little skeptical because of a review written on yelp by Elizabeth S. However, I picked up the phone and talked to Andrew and he walked me through all of my concerns. Selling my house was a piece of cake using his services! My house initially sold in less than 48 hours. Unfortunately that loan fell through as the buyers were unable to secure financing. I re-listed it AT A HIGHER PRICE and had it resold in approximately 2 weeks and then got above asking! I saved $7,000 by using this service and the headaches of doing it myself were none. I've used real estate agents in the past and all they are is a middle man. YOU still have to fill out the forms, YOU still have to make arrangements for inspection, appraisal survey, etc.... and YOU still ultimately are in charge of negotiations. It has been my experience that real estate agents will get you to take a lower offer just so that they can get their check quickly. Do yourself a favor and keep your money in your pocket. Don't pay someone so much money for doing such little work. Andrew was great throughout the process. Extremely responsive and knowledgeable. 5 stars all the way!
