  • This is an update for 5/11/16. Another 5 stars for these guys! I had an oil change at Big O Tires about a month ago (big mistake, never again, see my future 1 star review of the ripoff that is big o tires, coming soon), not only did I get over charged for my oil change but they said I needed brakes because my back brakes are down to 15% and it would be about $350 and I should get it done within a month or so. I decided to take my car to Japanese Car Service, which I will do for anything from now on, to have them check. Well, guess what? The HONEST folks at JCS said my brakes are at 40% and I don't need them for a long time! He also said my car doesn't have to have synthetic oil (the guy at big O told me it did and charged me $50 for an oil change when I had a $15 coupon *most cars). JCS topped off my oil, checked my car out and saved me $350 by being honest. JCS is truly a treasure in a sea of crooks out there. I will never use anyone but Japanese Auto Service for my cars.
