  • Horrible Customer service!! If you like dealing with rude people who don't care, shop here! They love taking money, but hate to help you! I went to pay for furniture that came a month late, and 2 rude women at the "office" seemed shocked, and offended that I was unaware that the furniture company I ordered from was notoriously slow. They also seemed upset that someone had the nerve to expect a delivery sometime in the month that they were told. They tried to tell me that late-April is the same as mid-May. They claimed I received numerous email updates, my inbox shows 3: One in Dec., Feb. then in May. There was not an apologetic voice to be heard, they all had tried to turn it around that it was my fault because I bought a couch. A mistake I won't make at Levin's again.
