  • Horrible customer service, poorly managed. I made an appointment for 5 for a pedicure and walked out at 5:40 without painted toes. They did put my feet in a tub after I was waiting for 15 minutes, but when my toes were properly wrinkled I pulled them out and promptly left. It would of been so much better for them to tell me to come back at 6 so i wouldn't of wasted an hour of my time.
