  • When I lived in Charlotte I use to eat here at least once a week as this was near my office. The interior restaurant has changed in the last couple of years which was a much needed renovation. Tip: Thursday - do your self a favor and get the chicken and dumplings! You can't go wrong with that choice. It is heaven in a LARGE cup! Prices have gone up but still well worth the value. Their chicken is ALWAYS fresh and there are so many different variations. They now have a bar area if you have a moment to grab some however I never have since I have been on business on every trip. This is mostly a self service including drinks. You order, pickup when your name is called and sit and enjoy the food that melts in your mouth. I am and will be a fan for years to come anytime I make it back to CLT
