  • Had them replace a battery on my iphone 5 and paid $50. Also bought a cable ($10) which died I think about day 2. Tried to return to a store in Walmart closer to me but they refused to do anything as they are a franchise and told me to take it back to the original store.Time slipped by and I eventually got to the store and they refused to do anything saying the battery warranty was only 30 days and despite the cable looking like I just took it out of the packet. The joke is they offered to sell me a new battery and new cable. I don't want to be ripped of again so Fk off! the punk behind the counter was rude and unhelpful. Don't waste your time getting anything from these stores. You are just wasting your money. They sooner they go out of business the happier I'll be. 0 stars...
