  • I visited Zen Nails & Spa for the first time today with my mom and was overly impressed by my experience. Just having moving to the area, I was hesitant to go anywhere that didn't have a good rating. Zen Nails has great reviews so I decided to give them a shot. I expressed concern to the gentleman that greeted my mom and I when he recommended that I get SNS as opposed to gel (what I've almost always gotten). I had done SNS before at a different salon and was disappointed when it came out thick and unnatural looking. He reassured me that this wouldn't be the case at their salon and that if I was disappointed in the least that they would remove it and give me gel. I gave it a shot. We began with a pedicure and the staff that helped us were friendly and attentive. They did a great job for my mom and I. We then moved to get our nails done and Ann did my SNS manicure. She made sure to confirm my color choice and when I told her I was hesitant she found me a color that I absolutely loved. She then went on to give me one of the best manicures I've ever had. She also gave my mom and I our space as we talked and I was grateful for that. The SNS manicure came out looking better than gel, it wasn't thick and looks so natural. I was very impressed and will definitely be back to see Ann and continue to get SNS manicures. This is my new nail spot and I couldn't be happier.
