Horrible customer service. I wish I didn't just witness that. Yesterday An employee named JD or maybe JR was checking a young couples old twenty bill because the BILL READER wasn't reading it, and blatantly implying that it was fake and asking them for different bills which they in fact did not have. The employee went on to state that "old bills aren't in circulation, so how did you get it?", "I work with money everyday and I haven't seen one in a year" . This situation made me very uncomfortable because I was behind them in line and it was clearly an attack on the young man paying which in fact the bill was real once checked by higher management.
