I remember not being able to go the Oyster bar because I wasn't 21 yet and my mom would bring me home some every time she went. As soon as I turned 21 I made my point to become a regular here. My go to meals are combo pan roast and Alaskan clam chowder. My absolute favorite chef is Ricardo he's fast and the taste is like no other. JJ is really good as well and you know it's gonna be good if he's cooking. Bob is really good too but he's definitely heavy on the spice so go down a few levels when your dining with Bob. I recently tried the étouffée and I must say I was highly impressed and I have now added it to my rotation of meals. There's 18 seats at the table and it's open 24 hours and 99.99% of the time there is definitely a wait. But if you appreciate good food like I do you'll find the time to wait
