  • I want to start off by saying how amazing this place is. They really care about their patients and work very hard to ensure they get the right product to help promote healing and allow for better mobility. I have a patella femoral disorder and have been in need of a custom brace for sometime now. I went to two other places and was treated horribly. And in the end was without a brace and in constant pain. At PT I met one of the owners and after explaining how bad my pain was and how I had mostly given up on getting a brace she made sure I was going to get the help I needed. I made an appoinment with Ed her husband and he is amazing. He took the time to really fond out what type of brace would help me, and he took plently of measurments. When I told him about the other issues I had with being properly fitted he told me not to worry he would personally sew anything that needed tweaking until we got it right. He ordered the brace and I got a call a few days later that it was in and to come in to be fitted. I went in and he stayed late to make sure that the brace would fit right so I could have it before I went back to work. He had to tweak the brace a bit but it is great now and he told me if I ever need to adjust it again to not hesitate to call him. Again these people are a godsend. Trust me if you ever need a brace or an orthothic this is where you need to go. Thank you Ed you and your staff are awesome
