  • This was my first time at X Nails and I asked them to do a French ombré on my acrylics... I showed them a picture and asked 4 times. They said yes every time. it's very simple. It's pink and white powder mixed. They tried to mix the gel polishes. I was really confused on why the told me they knew what they were doing when they had no idea. I told him I wanted my nails thicker so they wouldn't break, he didn't listen to me at all. He took 2 hours on a fill. He couldn't figure out the color situation so I ended up w just the pink, which is fine, whatever. I go home and slept and woke up with a broken nail. It literally cracked in half. I came in to get it fixed, the next day another nail broke. Then the next day. I came 3 days in a row. By the third time in 3 days I told him to redo the fill on each nail so they wouldn't break and he wouldn't do it. I do NOT recommend coming here. TERRIBLE SERVICE!!!!!!!!
