  • I've been going here to get my eyebrows waxed for quite a while now, and I'm very disappointed with my last experience. Please make sure to check the wax temperature before using it on any of your customers. Also, please do not try to blame your customers and convince them that it's due to "sensitive skin and that I'm not supposed lift my eyebrows while waxing." This is definitely a burn from your wax.
