rev:text	Anyone who gave this place a 5-star rating was obviously paid to do so, or they work here. There is a reason why the staff changes more often than the residents do. When I moved in when the complex first opening I was ok with the growing pains that typically come with new construction - they were moving people in before having the place 100% finished. The staff that was here at that time gave you great customer service, it didn't feel like you were around sales people trying to get commission. That was a part of what made me stay. HUGE MISTAKE! I was told a number of things when I moved into my 1-bedroom (including that there was another single female on my floor - which is illegal to say by the way). Since first moving in I was forced to leash me dog in the once leash free gated courtyard; the "clean-up" of the disgusting flea infested dog park consisted of covering all the pet waste with more mulch; they've removed one of the pet waste stations closest to my apartment after announcing how they have so many on the property for the convenience of the residents; they get on the residents about the loud music by allow Radio Stations to come to throw parties at the pool (playing loud music) to make this place seem cool; the maintenance crew obviously works when they want; no one knows who does what - so if it isn't their job you'll be forced to ask someone else and hope that they have a better answer; they don't leave copies of any of the service request behind to confirm they have fixed your issue, rather they just enter your apartment without saying anything; and you're met with sarcasm. I've sent emails directly to the office addressing some of the issues and I get no response. If you are thinking about moving here I would beware. This complex was robbed every other week for like 2 months and the security the complex said they would provide never came. EVEN AFTER A RESIDENT HAD THEIR CAR STOLEN. There was even a homeless person that managed to get into the club-house and sleep on the sofa because the staff can't even manage to lock up properly. TRUST ME. IT ISN'T WORTH IT. YOU ARE MORE THAN LIKELY BEING LIED TO ON YOUR TOUR! THEY JUST WANT YOUR MONEY BUT THE MOMENT YOU HAVE AN ISSUE YOU WILL SOON REGRET YOUR CHOICE IN MOVING IN.
