  • I guess they do a good job, but c'mon, it's not brain surgery. They are not the only game in town. Not admitting they have a horrible scheduling problem, then calling their customers a liar for showing up for an appointment Sun Devil screwed up on, is their problem. I can and will go somewhere else. They screwed up twice on my appointments. Time to find somewhere else to have my oil changed. Whatever happened to " Good Customer Service " instead of calling your customer a liar. Hopefully I will find somewhere a lot more organised. I have been coming to Sun Devil for over 15 years. *** I just scheduled an appointment at another place called Honest Auto Care. ***CYA Later Sun Devil.
