I was impressed with how the employees dealt with a situation. I was concerned when I saw they were checking food temperatures of the different foods because they do have shrimp options and I happen to have a shellfish allergy. I asked them if they use the same thermometer for all the food and they did confirm that they wipe the thermometer with an alcohol wipe after each testing. So that put my mind at ease. Also, I was concerned that my chicken did not feel warm (it felt borderline cold/warm) they tested the chicken right in front of me and temperature was adequate. But, just for good measure they replaced my warm chicken with a fresh off the grill plate. They were courteous and professional about it, I appreciated that. Also, the chef himself came over to double check everything was satisfactory. You could tell he cared instead of writing off the situation.
