  • Regarding Window Screens or Screen doors. Make sure you get a written estimate so you don't get surprised by very high labor costs. You would think they would know after all their years in business what was a custom size instead of surprising you with a large labor addition. Better yet, measure your existing screen and get it made at Lowes, Home Depot or a local hardware store yourself and pop it in. .A window screen will fit in your car and you can have the hardware store measure it for you. No surprises that way.
