  • I came here with my Acura MDX to get oil changes initially. They went fine until my car started to make a squeaking noise. I suspected it was just a belt, which it was in reality, but the manager said I needed to replace a total of $1000 of parts. So me being a dim wit I obliged and had my car "fixed". A week later my car started to make the same noise! I took it to the shop TWICE complaining and the moronic staff just told me that it's a normal noise. Yes, a squeaking noise is....normal. Fast forward a month and my car is making even worse noises. After all the repairs and literally half my tuitions worth of costs I was shocked. I took it to the Acura dealer and they basically told me that whoever replaced my power steering pump didn't clean up the fluids and they eroded. And also cracked my power steering rack. They told me that they have seen many cars messed up from the idiots who work here. I ended up having to get a new car and would just like to say a big "f" you to this garbage place. The manager called me after my first review and told me to go to another location....why???? Without any compensation too! Sucks for this business because I have a big family who only went here but not anymore. Check their not recommended reviews. THIS PLACE SUCKS! Reported to the BBB :)
