rev:text	We just moved in, got new carpets put in, & wanted to know about the Scotchgard treatment they advertise. Never received a call back... So tried calling again & the guy said he didn't return the call because they do not make money off that service & is a waste of their time. Even if it is, there should be a return call & maybe explain it in a better way. I would have used them in the future to clean my new carpets & get the Scotchgard treatment, but now will use another company. BAD business practice.
