  • I first heard about this place via Blog TO and have been wanting to try this place ever since as I am a big fan of waffles and ice cream. Woofles is located at New Kennedy Square. On weekends this place is very busy so it can be hard to find parking. This place is actually located inside the plaza near the food court. Step 1. Pick a waffle. Step 2. Pick an ice cream. I decided to try the limited edition coconut and sticky rice woofle with matcha vanilla twist ice cream (lunar new years special?), while my friend decided to try the original woofle with some nuts and red bean toppings and matcha ice cream. The coconut sticky rice woofle was interesting and pretty unique. Crispy on the outside and soft and airy on the inside with some coconut bits. They give generous amounts of soft serve ice cream. You can kind of taste the matcha flavour but probably not the strong vegetal taste. As for the portions it is definitely good for sharing. As for the other woofle, it was pretty interesting too. It was lightly sprinkled with some almond powder, walnuts, matcha syrup, red bean, and honey crisp cereal on the side. Good place to try for an after lunch or dinner dessert
