This is by far the worst bar in the valley. I went in with a group of people to find the bar basically empty on a busy Saturday on Mill Ave. the music was not loud so I could hold a conversation with anyone in it. I ordered two drinks but the bartender gave me the most disgusting look, as though I was a complete inconvenience to her night. She came back and began making 6 drinks. I told my friend at that point that I hope she didn't misunderstand me because I did not want to get all the drinks. She began handing me 4 of the 6 drinks to which I politely told her that I only ordered 2. She said "whatever" and rolled her eyes and took back two of the drinks. She took my card and the receipt said $16, I double checked due to the order mix up. Later that night I noticed my account had been overcharged as many other people have spoken to. I wet in after hours and found that the elevator was still working. I called for someone and the bartender that had helped me came out. She began to defend herself and say that it was an authorization charge that "my bank" makes. I work for the bank I use and know for a fact that the bank does not make that charge. She was blurry defensive and kept asking how I got in. I had used the functioning elevator and made my presence aware. At this point the owner came out and asked what was happening. She began to defend herself to the manager as I explained what had happened that night. She began to say that "those drinks were for other people" but she was trying to hand me all of them...I got the owner number and spoke with him the following week as the charge had not changed. He seemed helpful but has not returned any of my calls since and I was not refunded until I spoke with the bank to file a claim against the bar. Basically if I could give negative stars I would. This is a horrific bar. Even "bar rescue" couldn't fix it. It needs to close and that lady needs to find a job that has nothing to do with customer service.
