  • I was looking forward to some good old fashioned barbecue. The food was average, and the service was terrible, just like the old place (Carolina BBQ). When we arrived at 6:30 for dinner, there was no line and only a few diners in the restaurant. Even so, our 3 orders took more than 20 minutes to prepare and came out at different times. The line grew quickly and the poor guy behind me waited 50 minutes for his take out order. The food is all smoked and pre-cooked, what could take so long to assemble a plate? Might give it one more try, but they won't be here long if they don't get their act together soon.
