This Chipotle is ridiculous. I went there on a Saturday morning at 11:15, and the door was locked. The employees saw us trying to open the door and just stood there, couldn't take a second to tell us they weren't open (even though the door clearly said opens at 11:00). We passed it at 11:30 and it still wasn't open- some people were waiting outside.
We went back the same night, and had the worst chipotle experience of all time. The employees are all hard of hearing. The music is so loud you have to yell to get them to hear you (and they still won't). They are all very unprofessional and just seem like they don't care about their job. I have noticed this on all three occasions I have been here. Hey guys--- its not OUR fault you work at Chipotle. Get to work.
We asked for tomatoes on our bowls 3 times and instead of giving them to us they closed the bowl and told us our total (really?). They skimped on everything. I asked for extra fajitas because I am a vegetarian I like a little extra veggies, and they gave me a total of 5 peppers and 3 onions. Is that extra?
What a ripoff. We have to find a new Chipotle to rely on because the one in Steelyard is not any better!
