  • My wife had to wait for the delivery guy but he was over 2 hours late, she left to pick up our kids and went back to wait. She tried calling the delivery guy several times but no answer. He showed up and demanded her buy him food and pay him extra. She declined and he took the furniture out of the house, told her to fuck off. Yelling at her making her cry. My wife has severe anxiety and this has caused her a lot of problems since. During them stealing the furniture they just delivered, he kept yelling at her and calling her names and saying that he's worked there for 5 years, they won't do anything to him. This goes beyond bad customer service and has us thinking lawsuit.
