  • The 3rd star is for the caring , hard working staff. But that doesn't make up for the shortage of staff (which is industry wide as I understand ) . This place is better than one i was in recently for a different reason . If they hire more help the residents would have a much better experience. They were consistent with physical therapy and food really not so bad and some was very good. One of the therapist walked me down to the fruit market 1/2 block away, as part of my therapy ) and bought me strawberries. Yes there is long response times to the call light but I noticed that possibly the sh- - is hitting the fan because lots of people in suits have been around.
