  • Thought I would give this place a try especially with all of the rave reviews. Unfortunately I should not have ignored the few bad reviews on here and should have instead listened to them. I wouldn't go back here even if it was completely free. The service and quality was extremely weak. Pros: Cannot think of any. Cons: -Cost: Someone on here said they were 10% cheaper than else where. Definitely not true. $35 for 4 simple pieces..not such a great deal. -Stain removal: They say they include stain treatment and removal in all of their dry cleaning service. I took in a dress that had two large black stains. I brought the dress right back in and showed them the obvious stains that they completely missed. They took it to the back and had the two stains steamed out (after much dismay). -Wrinkles: All of my 4 pieces had wrinkles in it. While I waited for them to clean my dress I saw the ladies steaming clothes. They definitely go as fast as they possibly can so it is no surprise that all of my clothes ended up with wrinkles in them. -Pleats: They messed up the natural pleat of one of my items. -Finished product: All 4 of my pieces had strange dust all over them. I knew if I took the pieces back in they would put up a fit even though the dust was there fault.
