  • I would like to write a good review for this place, but unfortunately they didn't give me a chance to. I reached out to them via their website because I needed a florist for my upcoming wedding. They responded timely. I told them I would need to schedule an appointment either during a weekday evening, or over the weekend at any time. They replied with only dates during the week, that were in the middle of the day. I sent a reply reminding them of my schedule and what I would need......... and never heard back from them again. I emailed a couple times expecting a reply and eventually gave up and emailed them saying I'll be going elsewhere simply because I never got a response. Horrible customer service. I am surprised they have such great reviews, and I'm pretty bummed also.
