  • I chose that vendor probably because it was the cheapest on Rentalcars.com This vendor should be removed from their list My experience was terrible 40 minutes wait time for their driver to show up - apparently he shuttles for 2 different rental car companies that are off site. Once I got in the office, they pretended they could not rent me a car because my credit card did not have "embossed numbers" (until they realized they could make a photocopy of it for deposit) They delivered a car with 3/4 instead of full tank I spent 10 minutes writing down every single tiny scratches to make sure they would not be tempted to charge me for them after - Any other company abide by if it's less than the size of a quarter - it doesn't matter Return was slightly faster but altogether that was my worst car rental experience I wish I had checked them out before booking with them I will definitely do that from now on when I'm renting on rentalcars.com
