| - I applied on line for their instant credit. Within 5 minutes, a sales person, names Joe called me. He gave me directions that were completely wrong, but I found the store eventually. I selected my item and went to sit with the Credit manager to do m credit approval application, I was accepted, made a payment, signed like documents that would not end. When I was ready to get my selected item, I was told that the displayed item was the last one and none of the stored had a new one, in a box! I have worked in retail sales for years and any of the good stores, the sales person will check stock for the item and then either have it or tell which store that does. The sales person Joe, did check, but only told the inner sales staff and not me. I spoke to the Store Manager who is an idiot, he apologized with a loud tone of voice, his upper lip quivered and I was told that this has happened before and I told him that the sales person was wrong and that he needs to address the issue. If it wasn't for the Credit Manager Allen, I would not have gone back the following day, completed my order or took the item. So if you go to the new store, ask for Stephanie and then see Allen to assist you with your credit application.
