  • Worst fish and chips place ever. If your not used to eating amazing fish and chips then you might like this place. But if you come from CA you have authentic places like Andreas and Neptunes Net, that actually have real battered fish with a lemon wedge and tartar sauce. At Petes you will find fish that tastes exactly like frozen fish sticks from the grocery store and they make it in the shape of a hash brown with the same type of breading as a hash brown, hence, processed and fake. With no real lemon, only lemon juice packets. And when we asked for tartar sauce, the man behind the counter said, "you don't want that" and didn't give it to us. I would not recommend this place to anyone.
