  • Awful customer service We were at the counter checking in for over 45 min because the receptionist had no clue what he was doing. Beware- they will try and charge you a $500 holding fee up front ON TOP of the full rental charge! We argued it down to $350, fingers crossed the charge is reversed now that we returned the car. Even the shuttle driver to and from the airport has no clue what's happening AVOID
