  • Left my wedding/engagement ring here for an appraisal. They told me it would take up to 2 weeks which is already frustrating. After over 2 weeks of no call- I decided to call them. They told me it has been done for over a week and they called me a week ago. I never had a missed call. When I came in she stated again they tried to call me once and left s voicemail. I stated I never had a call or voicemail and she just kept telling me how the always leave voicemails. Well 1. You didn't. 2. If I have not returned your call in over a week, why would you not try calling again? Having my ring is important to me. Super frustrated with this experience. The worker inside was nice, but whoever was in charge of getting in touch with me did not do a very good job.
