  • I saw Dr Lopez-benitez twice. Once for my annual and the second time because they didn't do the sampling for the annual correct the first time. Despite this error and the inconvenience on my part to come back for the procedure, I was charged for the second visit. The nerve! I disputed the charge and was told he would not retract it. I called his biller today because I was issued a payment card by my insurance for medical expenses and thought I'd just give up & pay it so it doesn't hurt my credit only to find out he doubled the amount on the invoice. Beware ladies! This doctor has unethical invoicing practices. I will be calling the BBB and medical board about this.
