  • Caveat emptor! I have an unfortunate experience with company in Surprise, AZ that I would like to please share. Greenleaf Pest Control's salesman knocked on my door one day and told me misleading information and tricked me into signing a contract. I told him I was a cancer survivor and could not have the risk of contact with toxic pesticides. Salesman said their products were completely safe and non-toxic to humans and that they posed no risk to me. I found out later this was not true. When I later requested that only organic products used, they said that was not possible and that if I cancelled my contract they would charge me a $250 early termination fee. I let them know their salesman mislead me into signing contract, and to kindly cancel the contract but they said they would still charge me. So much for the 100% satisfaction gurantee! The lady on the phone would not give me her full name. She said her name was Love. Said she did not know if other companies offer organic pest control products (there are many companies that do) I don't think its right to mislead anyone into signing a pest control contract, especially a cancer survivor. I hope this has not happened to anyone else in Vistancia. I love this neighborhood! Thank you and have a great weekend. Here is company contact info.They list no street address only a P.O.Box.
