  • Responded to online add for a used bike. Danielle called right away and I made an appt to come in the next morning. I called Danielle this morning to verify the location, then showed up and the bike I was interested in was "gone". OK, so they appraised my trade in while they tried to find something else to sell me. They didn't have anything comparable, so I agreed to simply sell them my bike and they would try to find something at one of their other (many) stores. Matt the manager didn't like this idea so he came in and suddenly the bike I came to see in the first place was found. Huh. I was OK with their asking price, but then they brought out a contract that included $1300 in fees they could not adequately explain and refused to itemize. They also wanted over $500 for the registration of a 2003 motorcycle. Really? I just bought my wife a Honda CRV for $30k and the reg was less than that. When Matt came in and referred to me as his " buddy" "partner" and "bro" all in the same sentence I should have just left. Don't waste your time folks.
