I should have heeded the warnings that other people mentioned in their reviews.
But, as the saying goes "You live and learn".
I hope that this review serves as a warning to others.
1- I dropped off a Samsung Galaxy Note 4 for a glass replacement.
2- Went to pick it up the next day.
3- Doris is the only one in the shop and she is very busy on a phone call to give me proper attention. No other customers in the shop.
Doris needs to take a course in good manners and how to talk to customers.
4- The broken glass was replaced, but the glue was left to seep out onto the frame in several places.
5- The S-Pen (Stylus) was stuck inside the phone and would not come out.
6- Doris called Calvin who started a song and dance about how the frame was not straight and that he did not take the S-Pen out when he was working on the phone.
7- I explained to Calvin that this is a bad job and I was supposed to pick the phone up and leave and not wait for Doris to try and clean the glue and maybe try to get the S-Pen out of the phone.
8- In the end, I got fed up with him making excuses and Doris being rude that I just threw the money on the counter and left with my phone.
9- I got home and opened up the phone and managed to pry the S-Pen out and from the included picture, it is very clear that the S-Pen was glued to the frame (see picture).
In the end, I would never go back to this place.
Very shoddy work and rude behavior.
