  • This complex has really gone downhill since new management took over. They seem to be wanting to nickel and dime their residents as much as possible and love to keep raising the rent. The last straw for me is when they started flat out lying on their close out sheets when residents move out. Charging people for invisible damage is not only dishonest, it is bad business. Thankfully, there are things like Yelp to report this kind of thing. You have been warned.
