  • I'm only giving 3 stars because of Joy, who answers the phones and makes appointments. Unfortunately, she comes off rude and unhelpful. I tried to be nice when making the appt, but she didn't seem to want to help me with when I'm available to meet someone. I figured she was having a bad day, but when I had to call my deposit in during my service, she was rude again. Short and unfriendly. With that said, the technician, John, was very helpful. I didn't have to do anything but open the door. He was polite, professional, and explained everything. He called in advance and walked me through everything. So, use them if you want a good technician, but don't expect anything special from the person on the phone.
