  • One star for the quality of food, and one star for the great coffee. If only the service were improved, I would happily offer a 5 star rating. We've been going there infrequently for about 14 months, mostly because I like good coffee. Finally after the fourth bad service experience I've decided to look elsewhere. Two cups of coffee were luke warm by the time they reached us and the slice of cheesecake to share came so much later we had nearly finished our coffee. Two things perplex me. Firstly, there were only 3 other tables with customers at the time (mid-afternoon on a weekday so not exactly buzzing with customers) and secondly, having cleared our own table of previous customer's plates (moved to an adjacent table), the waitress ignored those dirty plates along with others on tables nearby, which was bizzare since she walked past them 4 times. Finally, we had to go looking for the waitress to get the check since she never once checked in with us to see if we had everything we needed. I'm so terribly disappointed.
